Having recently completed the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certification, Justice is committed to expanding his industry knowledge and continuing his professional development within the financial services industry. He combines a strong attention to detail with a client-focused approach, allowing him to provide dependable support while helping maintain the high standards of service that clients expect from Cardiff Lee & Associates.

Before entering wealth management, Justice developed a strong foundation in customer service and administrative operations. Known for being highly organized, technology-driven, and a quick learner, he enjoys finding efficient solutions and leveraging digital tools to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Originally from Vernon, Justice relocated to Penticton and has embraced the active lifestyle Penticton embodies. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his significant other, Alyssa, exploring local trails, and taking advantage of the region’s many hiking opportunities.
